When I see this fascinator, I picture one of the Guiness sister's eloping over the moors of Scotland wearing a huge dress, riding boots, and a topper like this.  The small straw base is nearly obscured by the oversized ivory silk roses that sit atop a chenille dotted veil.  The hat is secured by an elastic that goes under all the hair at the back of the head.
